Berries Grandma’s Cake – Berliner Weisse

Novità in casa CR/AK una delle tre edizioni speciali sul tema “torta della nonna”. La Berries è una Berliner Weisse da 7% realizzata con lamponi, mirtilli e more. Il colore lo definirei rosso lampone schiuma poco presente, al naso esplode l’aroma fruttato specialmente del lampone ed un lieve sentore erbaceo dato dal luppolo. In entrata una piacevolissima frizzantezza che aiuta a rendere non stucchevole il tripudio di dolcezza conferito dai frutti di bosco, evolve quando in gioco entra la nota acida tipica dello stile e sul finale a sorpresa viene fuori anche al gusto il tipico erbaceo, inaspettato per una berliner, del luppolo, chiude con una leggera sapidità.
In questo momento particolare fatece dì: “Stamo alla frutta. Pe’ fortuna poi arriva er dolce.”
