Plain of the Po – DDH IPA (Double Dry Hopping Indian Pale Ale)

DDH IPA del birrificio CRAK Brewery, un giallo dorato ed un cappello di schiuma leggerissimo, la Plain si contraddistingue al naso per i classici profumi dati dall’uso del Citra quindi pompelmo, scorza d’arancia e l’immancabile sentore di frutto della passione e del mango.
Alla bevuta il corpo rimane leggero così come la carbonazione, i profumi tropicali ed agrumati tornano perfettamente rendendo questa ddh IPA piacevole da bere. Il grado alcolico è di 5,2%.
Birra bilanciata, ti da quello che ti aspetti da lei.
Curiosità: il nome letteralmente è “la piana del Po”, e quindi la domanda a questo punto sorge spontanea: “ma sto fiume, ve piace o nun ve piace, ce serve o nun ce serve?”

In drinking the body remains light as well as carbonation, the tropical and citrus scents return perfectly making this ddh ipa pleasant to drink. The alcohol content is 5.2%.
