Imperial Brown Stout 9,2% The Kernel Brewery London resta fedele alla sua ricetta del 1856.
Si presenta un colore ebano praticamente impenetrabile, poca schiuma cremosa.
Al naso troviamo : caffè, cioccolato, tabacco e liquirizia e così si ripresenta al gusto e nel retrogusto.
Non c è spazio per sentori di frutta, sapore intenso e pieno che ci ricorda una Londra grigia e fumosa con un grado alcolico ben nascosto.
Questa bevuta vuole essere un omaggio a Syd “Shine on you crazy Diamond”:
Vieni festaiolo, profeta di visioni , vieni pittore, pifferaio, prigioniero e brilla!

Imperial Brown Stout 9.2% The Kernel Brewery London remains true to its 1856 recipe.
It has a practically impenetrable ebony color, little creamy foam.
On the nose we find: coffee, chocolate, tobacco and licorice and so it comes back to the taste and aftertaste.
There is no room for hints of fruit, intense and full flavor that reminds us of a gray and smoky London with a well hidden alcohol content.
This drink is meant to be a tribute to Syd “Shine on you crazy Diamond”:
“Come on you raver, you seer of visions
Come on you painter
You piper, you prisoner and shine!”
