Funeralopolis – Imperial Stout

Serie Doom del birrificio Laugar (Bilbao-Spagna), tributo alla Psychedelic sounds.
Si presenta completamente black, con una leggera schiuma color nocciola che svanisce subito.
Il bouquet è denso di caffè-cioccolato-liquirizia con un leggero sentore etilico.
Al gusto caffè d’orzo in tazza, ritroviamo tutto il cioccolato e la liquirizia dell’olfatto e fave di tonka.
Entra molto dolce, il lattosio la fà da padrone, ma prosegue con un buon equilibrio arrotondato dal malto d’orzo.
Nascosti i suoi 10 avb, finale secco e pulito.
Da accompagnare assolutamente con un sigaro “Montecristo”.
“Non sapevo quanto saremo stati insieme, ma chi è che lo sa”.

The bouquet is dense with coffee-chocolate-licorice with a slight ethyl hint.
To the taste of barley coffee in the cup, we find all the chocolate and licorice of the sense of smell and tonka beans.
Enter very sweet, lactose is the master, but continues with a good balance rounded off by barley malt.
Its 10 avb hidden, dry and clean finish.
To be accompanied absolutely with a “Montecristo” cigar.
