Freddie Murkury – Imperial IPA

Imperial IPA di Mikkeller HQ con i suoi 9% sprigiona sin dall’olfatto aromi incredibili di mandarino, papaya e passion fruit su tutti. Colore tra il dorato carico e l’arancio ed un sottile cappello di schiuma cremosa di colore bianco. Alla bevuta il corpo risulta particolarmente pieno quasi cremoso. Gli incredibili sentori di mandarino si ripresentano piacevoli alla bevuta grazie ad una leggera carbonazione. Chiude netta con il sapore terroso dei luppoli Simcoe e Mosaic.
Mikkeller esalta con questo tributo al leader dei Queen l’uso del luppolo tirando fuori una NEIPA, perché in fondo di questo si parla, incredibilmente equilibrata.

Color between deep golden and orange and a thin creamy white foam hat. In drinking the body is particularly full, almost creamy. The incredible hints of tangerine come back strong, pleasant to drink thanks to a light carbonation. It closes clearly with the earthy flavor of the Simcoe and Mosaic hops. With this tribute to the leader of Queen, Mikkeller exalts the use of hops by bringing out a NEIPA, at the end that’s what we’re talking about, incredibly balanced. “It’s a kind of magic!”
