Bons Voeux – Farmhouse

Di Brasserie Dupont. Questa birra nasce nel lontano 1970 come auguri di Natale per i suoi clienti più affezionati.
Splendido colore arancio, con una schiuma abbondante.
L’olfatto è pieno di frutta a pasta gialla (pesca e albicocca) e quella sensazione di rustico-cantina.
La dolcezza è bilanciata dall’acidità lattica, così frizzante da rendere la bevuta pulita.
Nel retrogusto esce tutta la piccantezza del lievito; completamente nascosti i suoi 9,5%.
Possiamo semplicemente dire che questa Farmhouse è l’anello mancante tra vino&birra.
“Aime moi peu, mais continues”.

From Brasserie Dupont. This beer was born in the distant 1970 as Christmas greetings for its most loyal customers. Beautiful orange color, with abundant foam. The sense of smell is full of yellow fruit (peach and apricot) and that rustic-cellar feeling. The sweetness is balanced by the lactic acidity, so sparkling that it makes the drink clean. In the aftertaste all the spiciness of the yeast comes out; its 9.5% completely hidden. We can simply say that this Farmhouse is the missing link between wine & beer. “Aime moi peu, mais continues”.
