Profumata, rinfrescante e molto beverina, così si presenta la Cloud 9 Wit di ToØl, una blanche da 4.6° con aggiunta di mango e scorza d’arancio Curacao.
La scorza d’arancio è un elemento classico dello stile belga e l’utilizzo di luppoli Mosaic, Galena e Amarillo permette di bilanciare la dolcezza con un finale amaro e persistente.
Nel bicchiere si fa ammirare con un giallo paglierino carico e un bel cappello di schiuma bianca. Al naso aromi di frutta tropicale, frutta a pasta gialla ed agrumi e lievi sentori erbacei
Al palato ripropone il bouquet olfattivo, gratificante dal primo all’ultimo sorso.
