THE BOSS – DDH IPA (Double Dry Hopping Indian Pale Ale)

Dal Microbirrificio Toøl di Copenaghen, questa che potremmo definire una DDH IPA si presenta con una lattina come sempre accattivante.
Prodotto di punta del birrificio e talvolta soggetto a
sottili modifiche alla ricetta anche se il luppolo ed il malto utilizzati rimangono sempre gli stessi. Profumo intenso agrumato con sentori di bergamotto. L’amaro dei luppoli Citra, Amarillo e Simcoe si fanno spazio ma sono tenuti a bada dai sapori tropicali classici. Gradazione discretamente bilanciata il 6,8% graffia ma il finale pastoso lascia il palato soddisfatto..come Boss comanda : Born to run …a chiederne subito un altra!!

Top product of the brewery and sometimes subject to subtle changes to the recipe even if the hops and malt used remain the same. Intense citrus scent with hints of bergamot. The bitterness of Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe hops makes room but are hold off by the classic tropical flavors. Discreetly balanced gradation 6.8% scratches but the pasty finish leaves the palate satisfied .. as Boss commands: Born to run … to ask for another beer immediately!
