Gallagher Brut – IGA Stout

Gallagher Brut (7%) IGA del Birrificio Hilltop Brewery tanto amato dalla Band del cuore della Tuscia. La trovata geniale di Conor questa volta è di unire le classiche note profumate di una IGA con quelle di cioccolato e caffè tipiche di una Stout. Le uve da vino bianco provengono dalla cantina Capitani di Trevignano Romano, il resto lo conosciamo bene, sono gli elementi distintivi della Gallagher Stout tra cui spiccano le famose alghe Dulse. La grande differenza da quest’ultima sta nelle sensazioni boccali dove troviamo una spiccata frizzantezza, e nell’inconfondibile aroma di mosto che si presenta sia al naso che al gusto donando a questa IGA le note floreali tipiche dello stile, un gran nell’esperimento che avrà tiratura limitata in bottiglia da 75 rigorosamente chiusa con un bel tappo in sughero, grande Conor!.
