Stile bavarese in terra di Spagna. La Santa Clara di Basqueland è una Lager – Helles tipicamente in stile da 4,8° alcolici. Di colore dorato scarico e di una estrema limpidezza, sia la naso che al palato il malto è protagonista (leggerissimo panificato e miele) relegando il luppolo ad attore non protagonista ma comunque necessario per la riuscita della bevuta, maltata dolce, con le sue note floreali e leggermente agrumate e un amaro contenuto eins, zwei, drei…vamos!!!
