Trøffel / Romkugle / Rum Ball di To Øl in collaborazione con la VoxHall Music Venue di Årtus (Danimarca) 9% Una splendida Imperial/ pastry Stout, con aggiunta importante di cioccolato belga, vaniglia proveniente da Messico e Rum Giamaicano. Una schiuma presente e color beige fa da cappello ad un color mogano velato, una forte intensità di profumi su cui gli elementi distintivi (cioccolato e vaniglia su tutti) ti inebriano e ti spingono alla bevuta. Un corpo pieno ed una carbonazione quasi assente fanno si che al gusto oltre agli elementi già elencati si faccia spazio anche per la liquirizia ed il caffè. Stupefacente il retrolfatto in cui spunta una piacevolissima nota di cocco. Che dire altra grande birra del birrificio scandinavo, unico difetto? Il nome, nel tempo che me so imparato a dirlo già me la so scolata!

A present and beige foam acts as an hat for a veiled mahogany color, a strong intensity of perfumes on which the distinctive elements (chocolate and vanilla above all) inebriate you and push you to drink. A full body and an almost absent carbonation let’s that in addition to the elements already listed, the flavor also makes room for licorice and coffee. The aftertaste, in which a pleasant note of coconut emerges, is amazing. What about another great beer from the Scandinavian brewery, the only flaw?
