Katzenbräu Italian Pils di Birrificio Orso Verde 4,8% Il birrificio di Busto Arsizio si cimenta con questa Pils dal nome fantasioso e divertente allo stesso tempo. Di colore giallo leggermente velato e con un piccolo cappello di schiuma bianca, al naso giungono sentori erbacei classici della luppolatura, più indietro i sentori maltati del Pils tra cui miele chiaro millefiori. Equilibrio che si ritrova anche nel gusto accompagnato da una lieve carbonazione e da un corpo leggero e beverino. Il finale secco e deciso che vira deciso sull’amaro la rende piacevolissima. Una Pils che come detto strizza l’occhio alla tradizione più italiana che tedesca, come giustamente riportato nell’etichetta, perfetta per dissetarsi ed accompagnare una bella cena all’aperto e questi primi caldi tardo primaverili.

The Busto Arsizio brewery engages with this Pils with an imaginative and fun name at the same time. Slightly veiled yellow in color and with a small hat of white foam, classic herbaceous hints of hopping reach the nose, further back the malty hints of Pils including light wildflower honey. Balance that is also found in the taste accompanied by a light carbonation and a light and drinkable body. The dry and decisive finish that turns decided on the bitterness makes it very pleasant.
