Dark Arts surreal Stout 6% Magic Rock Brewing di Huddersfield riesce a tirar fuori una Stout veramente equilibrata, colore mogano ed una schiuma beige chiaro lasciano arrivare al naso sentori di cioccolato, caffè e liquirizia che sono classici per lo stile, ma dopo un secondo esame viene fuori un piacevole profumo fruttato che varia tra il fico e la mora. Un corpo liscio e setoso poca frizzantezza ed un equilibrio tra i i gusti che si susseguono in bevuta ti conducono verso un finale classico da torrefazione che volge leggermente all’amaro. Una Stout esattamente come te l’aspetti, come la vorresti, in pieno stile British. Well done!

Huddersfield’s Magic Rock Brewing manages to come up with a truly balanced Stout, mahogany color and a light beige foam giving hints of chocolate, coffee and licorice that are classic in style, but after a second examination a pleasant fruity scent comes out which varies between fig and blackberry. A smooth and silky body with little sparkling and a balance between the tastes that follow one another in drinking lead you towards a classic roasting finish that turns slightly to a bitter taste. A Stout exactly as you expect it, as you would like it, in full British style. Well done!
