Bubba, conosciuto anche come Big Bamba, come recita l’etichetta, è l’amico di Mister B. La descrizione forse un po’ ridondante fa capire che le intenzioni del birrificio di Mantova sono quelle di dare ad una Neipa innanzitutto una luppolatura importante attraverso double dry hopping, un corpo ed una struttura più piena o meglio “cicciona” che la rende al palato quasi un succo tropicale. Completamente velata e gialla intensa sprigiona al naso frutti tropicali, su tutti Lichies e passion Fruit. Poca carbonazione ma un corpo juicy fanno da contorno ad un susseguirsi di sensazioni fruttate ed a un gusto che volge comunque decisamente all’amaro. Una birra positivamente esagerata, una descrizione esagerata…”Big Bamba, buono eh… ma non fatelo arrabbiare, se lui dice di mettere più luppolo.. fate come dice.”

Bubba Double Neipa DDH by Mister B 8% Bubba, also known as Big Bamba, as the label says, is Mister B’s friend. The description, perhaps a little redundant, makes it clear that the intentions of the Mantova brewery are to give a Neipa above all an important hopping through double dry hopping, a fuller or better “fat” body and structure that makes it almost a tropical juice on the palate. Completely veiled and intense yellow, it releases tropical fruits on the nose, above all Lichies and passion Fruit. Little carbonation but a juicy body surround a succession of fruity sensations and a taste that still turns decidedly bitter. A positively exaggerated beer, an exaggerated description … “Big Bamba, good eh … but don’t make him angry, if he says to put more hops .. do as he says.”
