Direttamente dal birrificio romano di via del Mandrione arriva questa Sour Ale brassata con aggiunta di Passion Fruit, cannella e zenzero. Colore giallo paglierino appena velata con un’abbondante schiuma bianca. Al naso i classici sentori delle sour con aggiunta dei batteri lattici che danno anche all’olfatto la punta acre, bilanciata dal profumo del passion fruit che non ti fanno vedere l’ora di mandarla giù. Frizzantezza sostenuta e corpo beverino accompagnano la leggera piccantezza aggiunta dall’uso dello zenzero. In retro olfatto predomina la freschezza tropicale. Sour perfetta per l’estate, dissetante, attenta alle caratteristiche dello stile con il giusto uso di innovazione.

This Sour Ale is brewed directly from the Roman brewery in via del Mandrione with the addition of Passion Fruit, cinnamon and ginger. Straw yellow color, slightly veiled with plenty of white foam. On the nose the classic hints of sour with the addition of lactic acid bacteria that also give the nose an acrid tip, balanced by the scent of passion fruit that makes you look forward to swallowing it. Sustained sparkling and drinkable body accompany the light spiciness added by the use of ginger. In the retro sense of smell the tropical freshness predominates. Sour perfect for summer, refreshing, loyal to the characteristics of style with the right use of innovation.
