Buona, rinfrescante e con un grado alcolico importante. Brassata seguendo il filo delle west coast impiega solo malti pils e monaco e luppolata con columbus, citra e simcoe, e in dryhopping con citra e simcoe. Al naso sprigiona tutto il bouquet aromatico tipico dello stile (floreale, agrumato, frutta gialla, note erbacee) ed è un bel vedere anche nel bicchiere: colore dorato e un cappello di schiuma bianco, compatto e di spessore che invita alla bevuta. In bocca l’amaro comanda, e non potrebbe essere altrimenti mentre il grado alcolico di 7.8% viene ben nascosto ed esce solo se non mettete qualcosa nello stomaco prima della bevuta.

Good, refreshing and with an important alcohol content. Brewed following the west coast thread it uses only Pils and Monaco malts and hopped with columbus, citra and simcoe, and in dryhopping with citra and simcoe. The nose gives off all the aromatic bouquet typical of the style (floral, citrus, yellow fruit, herbaceous notes) and is a nice sight also in the glass: golden color and a white, compact and thick foam hat that invites to drink. In the mouth the bitterness commands, and it could not be otherwise while the alcohol content of 7.8% is well hidden and comes out only if you do not put something in the stomach before drinking.
