Marron – Affumicata alle Castagne

Birrificio nato nel 2005 in provincia di Lucca tra il 2012 e del 2013 si trasforma da piccolo laboratorio ricavato da una stalla ad un vero e proprio birrificio da circa 1500 m2 con una capacità produttiva da 6000 litri a settimana. La Marron è una ambrata affumicata alle castagne (unico stile autoctono italiano prima dell’avvento delle IGA). Al naso miele e affumicatura che accompagnano ad una bevuta dolci e mielosa. Una birra piacevole che da buoni italiani sembra nata per ottenere grandi abbinamenti culinari…non è proprio il clima adatto, ma quanto ci piacerebbe berla in compagnia di un buon arrosto!

Brewery born in 2005 in the province of Lucca between 2012 and 2013 is transformed from a small laboratory obtained from a stable to a real brewery of about 1500 m2 with a production capacity of 6000 liters per week. Marron is a chestnut-smoked amber (the only Italian autochthonous style before the advent of the IGA). Honey and smoking on the nose which accompany a sweet and honey drink. A pleasant beer that seems to be born to, as Italians always try to, obtain great culinary combinations … it is not the right climate, but how much we would like to drink it in the company of a good roast!
