Sour Fruit, Kettle Sour di Hilltop Brewery 5,2% Nuovo arrivo in quel di Bassano Romano (VT) il caldo e la bella stagione avanza ed anche il buon Conor ci delizia con questa Kettle dal colore giallo dorato carico, velata e con un cappello di schiuma bianca compatta. La particolarità sta nell’utilizzo diretto di pesche ed albicocche. Al naso specialmente la pesca è protagonista, in bevuta una buona carbonazione rivela un palato in cui tutto è bilanciato lasciando un minimo di spazio in più alla pesca. Il retrolfatto si riscopre maltato con un leggero naso di crosta di pane. In attesa dell’uscita della versione con lampone e more ci godiamo questa nuova Sour di casa Gallagher.

New arrival in Bassano Romano (VT) the heat and the good season is moving forward and also the good Conor delights us with this Kettle with a golden yellow color, veiled and with a compact white foam hat. The peculiarity lies in the direct use of peaches and apricots. On the nose especially the peach is the protagonist, in drinking a good carbonation reveals a palate in which everything is balanced leaving a minimum of extra space for peaches. The aftertaste is malty with a light nose of bread crust. Pending the release of the version with raspberry and blackberries, we are enjoying this new Sour from Gallagher’s family.
