Lilith – American Pale Ale

Lilith del micro Birrificio Birra Brùton di San Cassiano di Moriano (Lucca) Birra dell’anno 2014 prende il nome da una leggenda ebraica secondo la quale questo nome appartiene alla prima donna che, rifiutando di sottomettersi perché prende vita non dalla costola di Adamo ma dalla Terra diventa il primo demone.
Stile American Pale Ale dal sentore agrumato.
In bocca richiama molto i due luppoli inglesi e americani con un finale asciutto e terroso. Gradazione sui 5,5 beverina di gran gusto…”metti lo diavolo tuo ne lo mio inferno” !!

Lilith by the Bruton micro brewery in San Cassiano di Moriano (Lucca) Beer of the year 2014 takes its name from a Jewish legend according to which this name belongs to the first woman who, refusing to submit because she comes to life not from Adam’s rib but from the Earth, becomes the first demon. American Pale Ale style with a citrus scent. In the mouth it is very reminiscent of the two English and American hops with a dry and earthy finish. Alcohol content on 5.5 drinks of great taste … “put your devil in my hell” !!
