Bevi Stout, pensi Inghilterra: il binomio è assolutamente indissolubile e la Cream Stout del birrificio inglese St Peter’s Brewery ne è la prova.Nera come una notte senza luna e con un cappello di schiuma nocciola non molto persistente, al naso sprigiona gli aromi tipici dello stile: caffè, cioccolato, note di liquirizia, di nocciola e la tostatura dei malti fa sentire la sua presenza senza prevaricare.In bocca risulta cremosa e l’utilizzo dei luppoli in amaricatura attenua la base persistente dolce bilanciando la bevuta e regalando un finale secco ma ben definito con retrogusto di cioccolato e lievissimi sentori di liquirizia. Il grado alcolico segna 6.5%
