#51 – Session IPA

#51 Session Ipa di VENTO FORTE 4,5% Andrea ed i ragazzi del birrificio di Bracciano debuttano con un grande classico nel formato lattina da 50cl. Una Schiuma bianca compatta e persistente, alla vista questa session appare dorata e limpida. All’olfatto un piacevole sentore di Passion Fruit abbinato ad un leggero tono erbaceo. L’uso di luppoli quali Comet, Sabro, El Dorado fanno il loro dovere dando un equilibrio eccellente sia olfattivamente che in bevuta dove la #51 scorre decisa. Una frizzantezza non esagerata, un corpo presente chiude con un retrolfatto leggermente maltato ed erbaceo che lascia la bocca asciutta quel tanto da richiamare il bicchiere all’infinito!

Andrea and the guys from the Bracciano brewery make their debut with a great classic in the 50cl can format. A compact and persistent white foam, this session appears golden and clear to the eye. On the nose a pleasant hint of Passion Fruit combined with a light herbaceous tone. The use of hops such as Comet, Sabro, El Dorado do their duty, giving an excellent balance both olfactively and when drunk where # 51 flows decisively. A sparkling not exaggerated, a present body closes with a slightly malty and herbaceous aftertaste that leaves the mouth dry just enough to recall the glass indefinitely!
