Dall’esperienza vinicola di Cantine Ceci, storico vignaiolo emiliano, nasce il progetto Birra di Parma. Un progetto veramente a chilometro zero che usa materie prime locali. Una di queste è Silver una Imperial Pils. La bottiglia si presenta lineare, elegante in un insolito formato da mezzo litro. Gradazione di 6,7 Profumo intenso di note floreali erbacee. Un bel colore giallo carico tendente quasi all’Ocra benché limpidissimo. Il sorso secco e morbido pulito con una buona freschezza dovuta anche ad una buona carbonazione. Una birra che, come il produttore desidera, ci tiene ad essere elegante e ci riesce molto bene.

The Birra di Parma project was born from the winemaking experience of Cantine Ceci, a historic Emilian winemaker. A truly zero-kilometer project that uses local raw materials. One of these is Silver an Imperial Pils. The bottle is linear, elegant in an unusual half-liter format. Gradation of 6.7 Intense aroma of herbaceous floral notes. A beautiful deep yellow color tending almost to the Okra although very clear. The dry and soft sip clean with a good freshness also due to a good carbonation. A beer that, as the producer wishes, wants to be elegant and succeeds very well.
