Non a caso questa particolare regione teutonica nel corso degli anni ha avuto un’importanza unica nel mondo brassicolo. Proprio nella sua “perla” Monaco ogni anno si festeggia l’OktoberFest per cui per tradizione solo i birrifici residenti all’interno della città possono essere presenti con un proprio stand e produrre la Fest Bier dedicata all’evento. Si tratta di una Marzen che al naso sprigiona aromi di cereale e caramello, un corpo pieno, una frizzantezza moderata, un cult, la più cercata fra gli stand e a nostro avviso la più buona.
