La Tripel da 6,9 viene prodotta seguendo gli antichi canoni monastici e si presenta alla vista con un bel colore giallo dorato e una bella schiuma bianca . I sentori sono di frutta matura a pasta gialla e spezie con prevalenza di pepe. In bocca la dolcezza e l’alcol sono bilanciati da una discreta carbonazione. Quest’ultima rende facile la bevuta nascondendo la buona dose alcolica…insomma pare che la cura funzioni!
