Altra birra dei ragazzi di Ortisei, questa volta una alta fermentazione di stampo British. Alla vista dorata con un cappello di schiuma bianca. Al naso si capisce subito dove andremo a parare, lievito Nottingham e luppoli Mandarina e Comet sprigionano aromi fruttati di agrume, su tutti mandarino, ed il Fuggle che da quella nota erbacea e fortemente amaricante. In bevuta un corpo leggero scopre un attacco morbido quasi biscottato (il malto è un Bisquit) per poi lasciare lo spazio ad un amaro secco e deciso. Classica Golden Ale, estremamente piacevole alla bevuta.
