Carico Pesante – Dubbel

Torniamo in terra di Ciociaria, da Birra ‘Terra di Lavoro’ di Roccasecca – Frosinone.
Questa volta parliamo della “Carico Pesante” una Dubbel da 8° alcolici. Roberto propone la sua ricetta dello stile belga dove il malto domina, come da copione, aromi e sapori.
Di colore rosso ramato, con un cappello di schiuma bianca.
Al naso aromi di caramello, note tostate e di esteri fruttati (uvetta).
In bocca il dolce del malto accompagna la bevuta fino ad un finale secco dove le note fruttate sono amplificate dall’uso di carrube in polpa, prive quindi di semi.
Una birra di carattere che ha ben accompagnato ed esaltato i nostri secondi piatti a base di carne.

On the nose aromas of caramel, toasted notes and fruity esters (raisins).
In the mouth the sweet malt accompanies the drink up to a dry finish where the notes fruity are amplified by the use of carob pulp, therefore without seeds.
A beer with character that has well accompanied and enhanced our meat-based second courses.
