Anniversario 2019 Sour Ale con spezie di Ca’ del Brado 7,4%
Come ogni anno si festeggia il compleanno del birrificio bolognese con un’uscita interessante.
Quest’anno dalla collaborazione con gli olandesi di Nevel Artisan Ales nasce questa Sour Ale caratterizzata dall’uso di Pepe del Sichuan, fornito da Nevel e dalla scorza di arancia amara.
Il passaggio dei Brettanomyces unito ad un invecchiamento in botte di nove mesi fanno il resto.
Colore arancio un cappello quasi assente di schiuma bianca e grossolana.
Al naso buccia d’arancia e sensazioni pepate oltre alla netta sensazione che ti da subito che questa anniversario ha passato parecchio tempo in botte. Alla bevuta si nota una carbonazione assente, un leggero friccicore dato più dall’uso del pepe.
Nell’evoluzione si passa da una lieve acidità per finire con una nota minerale piacevole.
Al retrolfatto una leggera ma splendida nota agrumata.
Ottima e piena di sfaccettature questa anniversario 2019.

As every year, the Bolognese brewery’s birthday is celebrated with an interesting release.
This year this Sour Ale is born from the collaboration with the Dutch Nevel Artisan Ale, characterized by the use of Sichuan Pepper, supplied by Nevel and bitter orange peel.
The passage of the Brettanomyces together with a nine-month barrel aging do the rest. Orange color, a hat almost absent of white and coarse foam. On the nose orange peel and peppery sensations in addition to the clear sensation that immediately gives you that this anniversary has spent a lot of time in the barrel.
When drunk, there is an absent carbonation, a slight spicy given by the use of pepper.
In the evolution it goes from a slight acidity to finish with a pleasant mineral note. On the aftertaste a light but splendid citrus note.
