La BSA di Natale di De Dolle 2020 è un vero incanto e ci culla con dolcezza ad una bevuta ricca di piacevoli sfumature.
Ambrata con un bel cappello di schiuma panna, i profumi inebrianti di arancia candita e di pera matura fanno da ingresso ad una bevuta calda ed avvolgente.
Corpo pieno leggera carbonazione al palato parte immediatamente dolce tenendo il tutto bilanciato grazie ad un uso scrupoloso del luppolo che bilancia il tutto ma lasciando comunque una piacevole sensazione dolce, quasi candita.
In retrolfatto torna la pera matura ed un lieve sentire mielato.
Natale è passato e le feste stanno per finire…aspettiamo con ansia l’edizione 2021.

The De Dolle Brouwers 2020 Christmas BSA is a real enchantment and gently cradles us to a drink rich in pleasant shades.
Amber with a nice cap of cream foam, the superb aromas of candied orange and ripe pear are the entrance to a warm and enveloping drink.
Full body light carbonation on the palate it starts immediately sweet keeping everything balanced thanks to a scrupulous use of hops that balances everything but still leaving a pleasant sweet sensation, almost candied.
In the aftertaste the ripe pear returns and a slight honey sensation. Christmas has passed and the holidays are about to end … we look forward to the 2021 edition.
