È la creatura più coccolata dal birrificio, bassa fermentazione molto luppolata.
Versione rivisitata della ricetta “negra”, la novità sono la tostatura di una parte dei luppoli.
La magia è l’incontro tra le note tostate dei malti e le note resinose, erbacee e sottobosco dei luppoli tostati.
Ottimo equilibrio, di facile beva nonostante i suoi 6,5%.
L’etichetta recita: “Nigredo é l’Opera al Nero degli alchimisti”.

This is the brewery’s most pampered creature, a low fermentation with lots of hops.
Revisited version of the “black” recipe, the novelty is the toasting of a part of the hops.
The magic is the meeting between the toasted notes of malts and the resinous, herbaceous and underwood notes of roasted hops.
Excellent balance, easy to drink despite its 6.5%.
The label reads: “Nigredo is the Black Opera of the alchemists”.
