La Deisi Saison di Birrificio le Fate 6,2%
Anche in questa birra proposta dal birrificio marchigiano ritroviamo alcuni tratti ormai distinguibili.
Il nome di una fata ed un elemento caratterizzante in cottura.
Questa volta la protagonista è la mela rosa dei Sibillini (5%).
La sua schiuma è bianca non particolarmente persistente e grossolana. Color dorato carico e leggermente velata.
Sentori fruttati dove la mela la fa da padrona ed una piacevole nota maltata di crosta di pane.
Il corpo è medio ed in bevuta avvolge piacevolmente il palato.
Il retrolfatto è dominato dal ritorno delle note maltate molto piacevoli.
Il finale è netto senza essere amaro.
