Per chi non conosce i ragazzi di Opperbacco (Notaresco, Teramo) dovete sapere che il loro legame con l’Abruzzo e le sue tradizioni è fortissimo e spesso e volentieri ne troviamo citazioni e tracce nelle loro produzioni.
La Rusthell come suggerisce il nome è una Hell o Helles che unito in crasi alla parola Rustell’ ovvero l’arrosticino di pecora tipico della zona tra teramano e Pescara forma questo nome tanto originale quanto efficace.
Una “bassa” che assieme al Pils trova anche il malto Cara Pils, gialla paglierino abbastanza limpida al naso riporta piacevoli sentori di panificazione a breve cottura assieme al miele chiaro.
Alla bevuta una buona frizzantezza accompagna un corpo leggero come deve essere, al retrolfatto ritroviamo sopratutto le note maltate e di cereale fresco provenienti entrambe dalla provincia dell’Aquila, tanto buona quanto interessante questa Rusthell!.
