BDPR Flower Edition – Blanche

BDPR – Birra di Parma prosegue, anche grazie alla grande esperienza delle Cantine Ceci, delle quali il birrificio ne e una costola sempre più apprezzata, con la sua filosofia di “Birra Elegante”, unendo un packaging prezioso ad un prodotto di grande valore e qualità.
Alle Classiche Gold, Silver e Bronze, si affianca questa edizione limitata, la Flower Edition.
Una Blanche Ale da 4,9%, dorata, leggermente velata con una schiuma non troppo persistente ma bianca nel colore.
Al naso prevale l’arancio e la crosta di pane. In bocca una grande spinta la danno gli agrumi, il miele, per finire con un piacevolissimo “pizzicorio” di zenzero, abbondantemente utilizzato negli ingredienti principali.
Una birra che ci porta in piena estate che disseta e appaga i nostri sensi.

Alongside the Classics Gold, Silver and Bronze, there is this limited edition, the Flower Edition.
A 4.9% Blanche Ale, golden, slightly veiled with a foam not too persistent but white in color.
The nose is dominated by orange and bread crust. In the mouth a great boost is given by citrus fruits, honey, to finish with a very pleasant “pinch” of ginger, abundantly used in the main ingredients.
A beer that takes us in the middle of summer that quenches thirst and satisfies our senses.
