Sei Montagne – Sour Ale

Sei Montagne Sour Ale 7,4% – Ca’ del Brado
Questa wild ale prende nome dalle sei montagne del tè della provincia Yunnan (Cina) da cui proviene il tè Pu’er e di cui il pavone è il simbolo. Fermentata con brettanomyces lambicus e affinata in botti con successiva infusione a freddo di tè Pu’er.
Si presenta vestita a festa con un abito arancio, subito beverina e freschezza minerale. Una punta di acido ma controllato, ne assaporiamo le note di rustico, fruttato e tè.
“Vuoi che partiamo subito per la nostra avventura” domandò Peter Pan, “o preferisci prendere il tè?”.

Sei Montagne Sour Ale 7,4% – Ca’ del Brado
This wild ale takes its name from the six tea mountains of the Yunnan province (China) from which Pu’er tea comes and of which the peacock is the symbol.
Fermented with Brettanomyces lambicus and aged in barrels with subsequent cold infusion of Pu’er tea.
It comes dressed up with an orange dress, immediately drinkable and mineral freshness.
A touch of acid but controlled, we savor the notes of rustic, fruity and tea. “Do you want us to leave immediately on our adventure” asked Peter Pan, “or would you rather have tea?”.
