SWX (Spaghetti Western Double 10° Anniversario) – Imperial Stout

A novembre 2020, BrewFist birrificio in quel di Codogno – Lodi, ha festeggiato i suoi primi 10 anni (la prima cotta ufficiale fu quella della 24K) e per farlo ha brassato cinque nuove birre: Vecchia Lodi 2020, SWX, The Bad – Sentenza, The Ugly – Tuco, The Good – Il Biondo.
SWX ovvero Spaghetti Western Double 10° Anniversario è una rivisitazione della ricetta della famosa Spaghetti Western di cui parlammo già ad aprile 2020 (Vedi la Recensione).
Rispetto alla ricetta classica la SWX spicca per l’innalzamento del livello alcolico che tocca gli 11,5 gradi alcolici e aggiunge così il Double in etichetta per questa Imperial Stout dove cioccolato e caffè, ingredienti speciali, dominano la scena sia al naso che al palato.
Il calore alcolico e il corpo pieno completano l’esperienza della bevuta. Possiamo solo aggiungere…tanti auguri e 1.000 di queste cotte!

In November 2020, Brewfist, a brewery in Codogno – Lodi, celebrated its first 10 years (the first official crush was that of 24K) and to do so it brewed five new beers: Vecchia Lodi 2020, SWX, The Bad – Sentence , The Ugly – Tuco, The Good – Il Biondo. SWX or Spaghetti Western Double 10° Anniversario is a reinterpretation of the recipe of the famous Spaghetti Western which we already talked about in April 2020.
Compared to the classic recipe, SWX stands out for the increase in alcohol level which touches 11.5 alcohol degrees and thus adds the Double on the label for this Imperial Stout where chocolate and coffee, special ingredients, dominate the scene both on the nose and on the palate.
Alcoholic warmth and full body complete the drinking experience. We can only add … happy birthday and 1.000 of these crushes!
