Comincia la bella stagione e siamo qui da Rab Birra Poke Cocktail a gustare un ottimo Pokè, cosa meglio di una bella “bomba tropicale” ecco arrivare in soccorso i ragazzi di Rebel’s che con uso smodato di Topaz, Ekuanot e Citra ci scaraventano direttamente sulle spiagge Hawaiane di Kauai.
Dorata appena velata con un bel cappello abbondante di schiuma bianca a grana fine e pannosa.
I sentori tropicali ci inebriano, l’elenco dei frutti è interminabile, in bocca poca frizzantezza ed un corpo medio che però permette di percepire tutte le note gustative appieno.
Il finale è secco ed amaro ma va perfettamente a braccetto con un retrolfatto tropicale di Ananas, Passion fruit e Mango, chiudo gli occhi e vedo il mare, le tavole da surf, riesco quasi a sentire il mare, ah no è il traffico de la Tuscolana!

The warm season begins and we are here at @Rabcinecitta to enjoy an excellent Pokè, what better than a nice “tropical bomb” here comes the Rebel boys who, with a massive use of Topaz, Ekuanot and Citra, throw us directly on the Hawaiian beaches of Kauai.
Slightly veiled golden with a nice abundant cap of fine-grained and creamy white foam.
The tropical scents inebriate us, the list of fruits is endless, little sparkling in the mouth and a medium body which, however, allows you to fully perceive all the taste notes.
The finish is dry and bitter but goes perfectly hand in hand with a tropical aftertaste of pineapple, passion fruit and mango, I close my eyes and see the sea, the surfboards, I can almost hear the sea, oh no it’s the traffic of Tuscolana avenue!
