Long White Cloud – NEIPA

Viene dalla Scozia questa NEIPA della Tempest Brewing.
Prende in prestito dei luppoli Neozelandesi : Sauvin, Motueka, Rakau e Waimea. Come tutte le birre di questo stile si fa notare già dall’apertura della Lattina: Mango Pesca e Albicocca.. Un colore giallo dorato che rimane limpido con una schiuma bianca e persistente. In bocca il Fruttato si bilancia con l’amaro dei luppoli, creando una sensazione rinfrescante, data da una certa mineralita nel finale . Il tutto si chiude con una piacevole sensazione di amaro che la rende piacevole e beverina…

This NEIPA by Tempest Brewing Co. comes from Scotland.
It borrows New Zealand hops: Sauvin, Motueka, Rakau and Waimea. Like all beers of this style it is noticed already from the opening of the can: Mango, Peach and Apricot .. A golden yellow color that remains clear with a white and persistent foam. In the mouth the Fruity is balanced with the bitterness of the hops, creating a refreshing sensation, given by a certain mineral content in the finish.
