Sunshine Blanche di Rebel’s 4,5%
Assaggiamo questa interessantissima Blanche del birrificio romano Rebel’s Brewery, l’etichetta già in parte fa il suo lavoro, mostrandoci i fiori, citando anche due ingredienti fondamentali, il Coriandolo ed il pepe di Sichuan. Alla vista un bel giallo paglierino ed un cappello di schiuma bianca poco persistente.
Al naso quello che ti aspetti, sentori floreali e speziati dove i due ingredienti già citati sono protagonisti.
Alla bevuta scorre leggera e beverina carica di dolcezza ben controllata.
Nel retrolfatto la Sunshine ci regala una piacevole nota malta di Pilsner che con l’aiuto dei luppoli di origine europea ci porta a concludere l’esperienza in maniera perfetta, ottima Wit, o meglio ottima interpretazione di una Wit/Blanche, bravi ragazzi!

Let’s taste this very interesting Blanche from the Rebel’s Roman brewery, the label already does its job in part, showing us the flowers, also citing two fundamental ingredients, Coriander and Sichuan pepper.
At sight a beautiful straw yellow and a cap of not very persistent white foam.
On the nose what you expect, floral and spicy hints where the two ingredients already mentioned are the protagonists.
When drunk it flows light and drinkable full of well-controlled sweetness. In the aftertaste, this Sunshine gives us a pleasant note of Pilsner malt which with the help of hops of European origin leads us to conclude the experience in a perfect way, excellent Wit, or rather, excellent interpretation of a Wit/Blanche, good guys!
