Nera, perfettamente impenetrabile con una schiuma abbondante color nocciola.
Leggera, beverina (5,1%) scorre veloce con un tripudio olfattivo e gustativo di caffè, cioccolato fondente e liquirizia.
Frumento tostato e luppolo British Goldings aprono la scena per poi volgere ad una chiusura fine e delicata per l’aggiunta di fiocchi d’avena.
La degustiamo sognando il Beer Mile a occhi aperti.

How much London is there in this creature, the city of the “black pints” par excellence.
Black, perfectly impenetrable with an abundant hazelnut-colored foam. Light, drinkable (5.1%), it flows quickly with an olfactory and gustatory riot of coffee, dark chocolate and licorice.
Toasted wheat and British Goldings hops open the scene and then turn to a fine and delicate finish for the addition of rolled oats.
We taste it dreaming of the Beer Mile with open eyes.
