Farrotta – Golden Ale

Una bella realtà che lavora per il piacere di far bere bene il suo pubblico. Questa è la Farrotta: lo stile che la ispira è Golden Ale ma con farro e miele. Rifermentata in bottiglia con maturazione sui lieviti.
Un bel colore dorato con una schiuma bianca e compatta ci apre un olfatto di fiori di camomilla, arancia e pompelmo.
In bocca si avverte il miele all’inizio, ma grazie a una sapiente luppolatura la bevuta finisce con un gradevole amaro fresco e dissetante.
Piacevole coi suoi 5,6% la si beve sola ma anche accompagnata da un’ottima pizza o formaggi.

This is the Farrotta: the style that inspires it is Golden Ale but with spelled and honey.
Refermented in the bottle with maturation on the lees.
A beautiful golden color with a compact white head there opens a nose of chamomile flowers, orange and grapefruit.
In the mouth you can feel the honey at the beginning, but thanks to a skilful hopping the drink ends with a pleasant fresh and thirst-quenching bitterness.
Pleasant with its 5.6% it is drunk alone but also accompanied by an excellent pizza or cheese.
