Blind Creativity Lab ovvero la nuova linea di birre a edizione limitata del birrificio umbro, in quel di Assisi, Birra dell’Eremo.
Coffee and TV è la prima nata dalla voglia di sperimentazione, estro e creatività di Enrico Ciani, mastro birraio e cofondatore del birrificio. Imperial Stout con caffè 100% arabica infuso a freddo per 12 ore: nera con schiuma corposa fine e persistente e di color nocciola.
Al naso aromi di caffè, cioccolato e caramello.
Al palato, l’aggiunta di lattosio, dona morbidezza alla bevuta rendendo i 9,5 gradi alcolici decisamente avvolgenti.
L’eleganza e la semplicità della lattina completano l’opera!

Coffee and TV is the first born from the desire for experimentation, inspiration and creativity of Enrico Ciani, master brewer and co-founder of the brewery.
Imperial Stout with 100% Arabica coffee cold infused for 12 hours: black with fine and persistent full-bodied foam and hazelnut color.
On the nose aromas of coffee, chocolate and caramel.
On the palate, the addition of lactose gives softness to the drink making the 9.5 degrees of alcohol decidedly enveloping.
The elegance and simplicity of the can complete the work!
