Entire Brewing è un microbirrificio romano che opera principalmente nella zona sud della Capitale con una capillare distribuzione personale presso i quartieri limitrofi del loro laboratorio facendosi apprezzare per la loro bontà e per il loro scrupoloso lavoro.
Abbiamo provato la loro Blanche: Kore 4,5%
Realizzata con una prevalente base di frumento non maltato si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino e una bella schiuma bianca.
Note fruttate e speziate (coriandolo scorze di arancia e limone) al naso e anche in bocca dove prevale l’agrume.
L’amaro, veramente poco percettibile lascia il posto a un piacevole acidulo che rinfresca la bocca, rendendola particolarmente beverina e adatta per le calde serate estive.

We tried their Blanche: Kore 4.5%Made with a prevalent base of unmalted wheat, it has a straw yellow color and a beautiful white foam.
Fruity and spicy notes (coriander, orange peel and lemon) on the nose and also in the mouth where citrus prevails.
The bitterness, which is very barely perceptible, gives way to a pleasant acidity that refreshes the mouth, making it particularly drinkable and suitable for hot summer evenings.
