Moor Top – Golden Ale

Ci troviamo nel Derbyshire – UK.
Esattamente a Buxton da cui il birrificio Buxton Brewery Company prende il nome e realizza la Moor Top, una Golden Ale da 3,8%.
Con luppoli Chinook, colore giallo dorato scarico molto limpido con una schiuma bianca e persistente.
Al naso ci rivela oltre al prevedibile agrume (pompelmo principalmente) un piacevole sentore di pino.
In bocca un piacevole gusto di frutta a pasta gialla e floreale.
Il finale, classico di questa “alta” chiude con un gusto più legato alla terra. Con una buona carbonazione si fa apprezzare come apripista o birra classica da pub inglese come accompagnamento alle lunghe chiacchierate di fine giornata lavorative.

With Chinook hops, very clear pale golden yellow color with a white and persistent foam.
In addition to the predictable citrus fruit (mainly grapefruit), the nose reveals a pleasant hint of pine.
In the mouth a pleasant taste of yellow and floral fruit.
The finish, classic of this “high”, closes with a taste more tied to the earth. With a good carbonation it is appreciated as a forerunner or a classic English pub beer as an accompaniment to long chats at the end of the working day.
