Cominciamo subito a dire che questo lavoro dei ragazzi di Notaresco ha vinto nel 2020 il premio come miglior B.G.S.A./Tripel dell’anno, già questo dovrebbe scatenare la curiosità, andandola a bere ed ammirandone la vista la troviamo gialla dorata carica con un bel cappello di schiuma color panna compatta e persistente, al naso tutti gli esteri del lievito quindi coriandolo e pepe rosa in granì fino ad arrivare a note agrumate di Pompelmo e Pera.
In bevuta un perfetto corpo pieno fa da giusto accompagnamento ad un tenore alcolico importante, un finale asciutto e deciso equilibra la nostra esperienza.
