Entropia – Golden Ale

La H sta per “home brewer”, mentre ibu è l’unità di misura internazionale dell’amarezza. Ecco spiegata la genesi del nome di Birrificio Hibu di Burago di Molbora (MB) che guidato da Raimondo Cetani cerca di “interpretare in modo scanzonato i numerosi stili birrai”.
Entropia è la loro interpretazione di Golden Ale, la summer beer inglese. Colore giallo/dorato e schiuma fine e persistente.
Note resinose e agrumate in aroma, note erbacee e agrumate al palato.
Di facile bevuta, scorrevole e pulita, un grado alcolico 4.8% non proprio contenuto ma che non lascia “segni” tra un bicchiere e l’altro.

Easy to drink, smooth and clean, an alcohol content of 4.8% is not quite content but does not leave “marks” between one glass and another.
