Collaborazione tra due tra le migliori realtà nel mondo brassicolo spagnolo, come spesso succede l’esigenza di unire le forze sposa la voglia di stupire con prodotti molto spinti e la BTTP non fa eccezione.
Nel Double Dry Hopping uso estremo dei luppoli Columbus, Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Amarillo e Centennials.
Il risultato è una bomba tropicale che ci stordisce alla prima annusata. Alla vista ovviamente un giallo torbido ed un buon cappello di schiuma bianca. Al naso trionfano i bouquet tropicali dal Passion al Lichies passando da qualsiasi altro frutto appartenente alla categoria.
In bevuta un corpo pieno, juicy, poca frizzantezza.
Finale ovviamente amaro e secco ma che lascia spazio in maniera equilibrata ad un retrolfatto super fresco che ci riporta ai sentori già citati, che dire… GRANDE GIOVE!
