Nella famiglia delle After Sauna fa la comparsa questa schwarz in edizione limitata.
Bassa fermentazione della bassa Sassonia, ricorda molto una Porter britannica, in questa dei ragazzi di Campodarsego troviamo il color Bruno/tonaca di frate, l’abbondante schiuma beige cremosa ed i profumi leggeri di torrefazione dove caffè e cioccolato sono protagonisti.
In bevuta un bel corpo che riempie, a fine bevuta un amaro piacevolissimo quasi più caratterizzato dalla tostatura dei malti che dalla luppolatura.
Nel retrolfatto viene fuori anche un inteso profumo di nocciole e miele scuro.
Nonostante profumi intensi, corpo abbastanza presente ed un retrolfatto carico di profumi questa schwarz va giù facilissima, non uno stile semplice da trovare in giro ma veramente buono, il giusto mix per chi ama le basse tedesche con la loro maltosità (neologismo) e adora il filone Porter all’inglese, super lavoro!

This limited edition schwarz makes its appearance in the After Sauna family.
Low fermentation of Lower Saxony, very reminiscent of a British Porter, in this one of the Campodarsego boys we find the brown color, the abundant creamy beige foam and the light roasting aromas where coffee and chocolate are the protagonists.
In the drink a beautiful body that fills, at the end of the drink a very pleasant bitter almost more characterized by the toasting of the malts than by the hopping.
In the aftertaste there is also an intense scent of hazelnuts and dark honey. Despite intense aromas, a fairly present body and an aftertaste full of perfumes, this schwarz goes down very easy, not a simple style to find around but really good, the right mix for those who love the German low fermentation with their malty notes and adore the English style of Porter too, super job!
