Berenice – Witbier

A San Felice Circeo, il delizioso borgo che si poggia sul Monte Circeo, c’è il Beer Here – Circeo un piccolo pub duro e puro dove impera la produzione a Km 0 (diciamo scarsi 20 in realtà) di Eastside di Latina.
La Berenice è una Wit Bier che appena stappata ci travolge con un profumo intenso di Banana e frutta a pasta gialla.
In bocca la spinta frizzante è forte e ci porta al palato tanti agrumi e profumi floreali.
La bevuta e gustosa piacevole….che la maga Circe ci abbia messo lo zampino?
