Assaggiamo questa Sour del birrificio fondato nel Luglio 2014 ad Hong Kong il cui nome letteralmente significa “selvaggi” termine cantonese a definizione degli occidentali…Dedicata alle famose caramelle “Chewy Rainbow” americane, questa birra è caratterizzata da profumi intensi di lampone e di note citriche, scherzosa quanto elaborata.
La presenza del lattosio infatti la rende oltre ad una Sour dai profumi intensi una birra con un buon corpo avvolgente risparmiandoci quell’effetto watery che spesso si incontra in questi stili.
Giallo tendente all’arancio, velata e con un cappello di schiuma bianca a grana abbastanza fine, interessante e piacevole senza scadere nell’esasperazione.
