Altra perla dell’Alto Adige, Birra del Bosco nasce in provincia di Trento, tra le caratteristiche l’attenzione alla scelta di prodotti rigorosamente autoctoni fino a cominciare dall’acqua della falda della Paganella, il gruppo montuoso che sovrasta San Michele all’Adige Trento, dove ha sede il birrificio.
Tra le mani abbiamo una alta fermentazione in pieno stile anglosassone, rossa, pulita con un importante cappello di schiuma beige chiaro, note biscottate al naso accompagnate da sentori erbacei.
In bevuta scorre meravigliosamente fresca, un corpo leggero e dissetante, un carattere che comunque esce fuori grazie alla genuinità dei malti utilizzati, in bocca e nel retrolfatto troviamo il pane ben cotto, il biscotto ed una leggera nota caramellata, il tutto chiude e vira rapidamente verso un buon bilanciamento dato dal luppolo che dona un finale secco e leggermente erbaceo.

Another pearl of Alto Adige Birra del Bosco was born in the province of Trento, among its characteristics the attention to the choice of strictly indigenous products up to the waters of the Paganella aquifer, the mountain group that overlooks San Michele all’Adige Trento, where the brewery is based. In our hands we have a high fermentation in full Anglo-Saxon style, red, clean with an important light beige foam cap, biscuit notes on the nose accompanied by herbaceous hints. In the drink it flows wonderfully fresh, a light and thirst-quenching body, a character that still comes out thanks to the genuineness of the malts used, in the mouth and in the aftertaste we find well-cooked bread, biscuit and a light caramelized note, everything closes and turns quickly towards a good balance given by the hops which gives a dry and slightly herbaceous finish.
