Festa Nuda – Pastry Stout

Nata dalla collaborazione tra Birrificio Lambrate e gli irlandesi di The White Hag Irish Brewing Co. Festa Nuda è una irish coffee pastry stout da 9 gradi alcolici di puro godimento!
E’ chiaramente una birra da dessert, da fine pasto.
Invecchiata per 4 mesi in botti di whiskey irlandese, successivamente vengono aggiunti chicchi di caffè peruviano Chingama tostati direttamente nella contea di Sligo, sede del birrificio irlandese, da Corrow Coffee.
Un bouquet di aromi e sapori che vanno dal whiskey alla vaniglia, dal caramello alle note di caffè, al cioccolato, dove il dolce è predominante ma non mancano gli spunti amari che donano equilibrio e morbidezza ad una bevuta decisamente alcolica.

Born from the collaboration between Birrificio Lambrate – Italy and the Irish Brewery The White Hag, Festa Nuda is an Irish coffee pastry stout with 9 alcoholic degrees of pure enjoyment!
It is clearly a dessert beer, at the end of a meal.
Aged for 4 months in Irish whiskey barrels, then added Peruvian Chingama coffee beans roasted directly in County Sligo, home of the Irish brewery, by Corrow Coffee.
A bouquet of aromas and flavors ranging from whiskey to vanilla, from caramel to notes of coffee, to chocolate, where the sweet is predominant but there is no lack of bitter hints that give balance and softness to a decidedly alcoholic drink.
